• 3+ year track record of inbound lead flow for B2B professional service organization(s) 
• Unified messaging and branding  
• Automated email marketing (HubSpot preferred) 
• CRM management  
• Maximizing opt-ins and leads via the company website 
• Strategize and develop the brand plan 
• Using your own skills and AI to produce: 
• Compelling case studies 
• Social media posts, engagement, ads 
• Content that produces engagement, from headlines, one-liners, emailers   
• Blogs that inspire readers to act 
• Influence our cross-functional teams to deliver: 
• Video / Graphics 
• SEO 
• Work with outside vendors to establish the potential of effective radio campaigns, print ads etc 
• Potential networking with business and industry associations  
• Experience giving excellent instructions to AI to create an effective and efficient assistant  
• Create product sell sheets 
• Analyze the results, market, and competitors to recommend and adjust the brand marketing strategy and tactics to produce the best incoming lead flow moving forward 
• Lead the combining of our two brands into one recognized nationwide brand of Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing 
• Proficient with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Suite of Products,  
• Inbound marketing education/certification  
• Analyze software features to recommend efficient operations across the organization 
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills  
• Detail-oriented, analytical, creative, problem solver
