ClimateCare is an Ontario-based co-operative of HVAC specialists and technicians.

The Problem

Each individual ClimateCare member was saying something different. The message the co-operative wanted to communicate was disjointed. Also, there were no baseline metrics to measure, let alone report on.

The Solution

First, it was to get to know the co-operative and discover what it is they wanted to say. That process was repeated for each individual member to develop local, unique content. Establishing a performance benchmark gave ClimateCare a starting point from which to grow.
