• Create eye catching modern & best-in-class websites that are fast and user-friendly
• Build WordPress sites using Theme builders such as GeneratePress, Divi, Elementor
• Skin custom designs
• Implement SEO best practices, including excellent site speed
• Lead & take ownership of projects assigned and task other frontend and backend web developers as necessary
• Provide recommendations on the best functionality/plug-ins/solutions
• Work with internal teams and freelancers, to ensure the website includes best practices in SEO, PPC, speed, W3C compliance, accessibility, responsiveness
• Attend project kick-off meetings to observe the client requirements first hand
• Participate in client calls when necessary in regards to more advanced functionality and technology requirements
• Proactively identify and notify in regards to scope creep
• Quality assurance throughout the project and at the end, you are proud these websites have your final stamp of approval
• Launch multiple websites a month on time and on budget, set up for success in capturing a significant amount of quality leads
• Maintain complete and accurate reports for all time and client activity in the Project Management System (Teamwork)
• Manage the hosting environment via setting up dev sites, launching sites, changing DNS, proactively monitoring space usage
• Requirements gathering to develop financial estimates including timelines and critical path
• Communicate effectively with the management team, informing and updating them regularly to ensure client expectations are being met
• Other tasks as necessary related to project delivery

• You have a 3+ year track record of WordPress development within an agency, delivering projects on time and on budget
• You have an eye for creativity and user experience
• You have the skills to break down complex tasks into simpler tasks
• You have a unique knack for communicating with web developers on your team and get the best from them
• You follow proven systems and relish using an online project management system to track every detail
• You recommend efficiencies so that projects run more smoothly, launching faster and more profitably
