ClimateCare is an Ontario-based co-operative of HVAC specialists and technicians.
ClimateCare came to WEB ROI with a unique challenge. They’re responsible for supplying digital marketing assets to over 30 members across the province. It’s a delicate balance between building individual websites and communicating the overall ClimateCare message.
The Director of Marketing for ClimateCare was on the search for a new digital marketing solutions provider, as it became obvious their current partner wasn’t providing the services they required.

As ClimateCare is a province-wide co-operative, each individual member has its own unique marketing needs. However there was no system in place to measure even basic metrics, such as:
- Unique visitors to each individual ClimateCare website
- Website clicks and conversions from visitors into leads
- Cost to acquire each lead
Even before a tracking system was put in place, the very first step was working with ClimateCare to establish a benchmark.
A website that works in every possible way
Although each ClimateCare member is responsible for their own marketing, the ClimateCare brand, look and feel must be present across all sites:
- Consistent logo placement
- Funnels guiding visitors where to go next
- Easy-to-follow navigation
Plus all ClimateCare websites (currently there are 16 of them) is set up to accurately track metrics which are important to each one.
